  4. I usually don't like to comment a lot but I must say I loved this! The timer keeps me in check. I managed to pull myself through this even when I felt it in my lower back! Absolutely wonderful. I feel great after the workout.

    I reached my target 23 waistline. My final target is 32-22-34. I'm 32-23-34 after 2 months of 10-13 hrs work out a week with proper diet. I was 32-28-34.

    When I first did this, like a year ago (or more), I was breathless because of this workout. Now a year later, I'm like 'okay so I was breathless because of this??!' My endurance is much higher than it used to be and I'm happy to see the difference between a year. Ofcourse I didn't workout everyday, but at the beginning of this year, I was really trying to workout a lot more and I love doing workouts now and I love to do this one as a 'warming up' because I don't see this as hard anymore. I just want to say: start today and not tommorow. Like this might be tough right now, or not, but in a few weeks, a few months, a few years, this will be easy I promiss. Just keep going because you can do this and never give up. You'll be so happy
