    Thank you for the information! This is really helpful especially with the examples! I used to train 6 days a week. 2 lower body, 2 upper body and core, 2 hiit, all pretty intense, throwing in some kickboxing, Pilates and stuff. On my rest day I'd walk for an hour or so, honestly too tired to drag myself up from bed to the gym 😂Just took a week off from the gym last week and have been focusing on Vinyasa yoga flow to reduce inflammation and increase gaba. Really helps my focus and sleep. I kind of feel like that I might have overtrained/ underrecovered for quite a long time so try to deload a bit. There's a fine line between pushing yourself hard and taxing your body too much. I'm a perfectionist and tend to grind myself to the ground😂
