    I'd love a themed challenge for March again. I enjoyed this challenge, but it felt a little all over the place. I definitely prefer the themes, and natural backdrops to the workouts. Nature is so soothing.

  5. Hi do you have any suggestions for how to get the swelling down in my knees. I have been doing much more with my knees with lunges and squats that my upper part of my knees are swollen. I guess its from the repetitions of the movements. I have iced them and took inflamations meds, and stretches.

    I love that you use a lot of the same or similar moves. Its less to learn and we can listen to music and just watch new videos and Keep up. We love your channel and are using it for the 100 day challenge. We've on day 26 and can now get through 2 videos at a time! πŸ˜€β€
