    I did this work out for the first time last week and I must admit, it made me ache for 5 days! Now that my muscles feel much better, I have done it 3 days in a row and each time it's getting easier! How often do I need to do this; once a day for a month? I'm thinking of moving up to level 2 in a few weeks =) I have never done a home workout before this and I love it! I love the guy as he understands us larger people and he's such a great motivator! I don't feel intimidated at all =) Thank you so much for this!!!

    p.s – I am currently doing Slimming World and I have lost just over 2 stone in 10 weeks! It doesn't feel like a diet; it's just 'food optimizing'. It's so easy and I highly recommend it. Now that I'm doing this work out; it should speed up my weight loss =D x

    Just finished this and I'm not sweating that much but I feel good and I love how this is an actual beginners workout even though I'm kind of intermediate but I'm still starting with the beginners 😊

  16. I did this and fasted on water for a week OMG the weight fell off! I went from 215 to 190. My body just didn't need food.

  19. I used to be in training to be a police officer. I was in the best shape till my body gave out and I now have myasthenia gravis. I can't even walk a few blocks. I have to start from the beginning and honestly crying. But I know I can get over this.

    I do this workout twice a day once in the morning and once at night, been doing it for two weeks now and I've lost four pounds. From 199 to 195. I'm super excited!!!!!!!!

    Watched this video through to see what it would be like. I am currently in the worst shape of my life and it scares me I let myself get to this point. This I am sure will be challenging but I feel it is something I could do. A lot of other "beginner" videos have you on the floor then getting back up and jumping around. This video on the other hand I feel I can manage to start doing something for myself.

  29. i am about to start my losing weight so this will be my first workout in over 20 years i know i can do the food thing is the hardest part so if anyone has advice it would all be helpful
