    Hope you are doing good.

    Can you please share the plan from beginners to pro on weekly basis.

    Day 1 Monday….Day 5 Friday and so on for 10 to 15 weeks by then we will be in line with the workout and can then follow your other videos.

  12. Jeff – I like it. Thanks. Question: would you do this daily? If not, how do you time it relative to leg day, shoulder day, etc? And this is great for guys like me who travel when the hotel "fitness rooms" have limited equipment. BTW – Congrats on your twins! Hope your son is home / well!

  22. This was my Sunday workout today wasn't feeling like driving to the gym knocked 6×10 each movement 5xs with 20lbs dumbbells per hand…workrd up a good sweat

  37. I am so pissed that I got away from Complexes. I used to do Barbell Complexes at least once a week, and it really helped smash a plateau on weight loss and it also helps to build strength, and endurance. I am going to begin adding them back to my weekly workout this week for sure!!!

  39. I tried this with 22kg dumbbells. Started at 6 reps, went all the way down to 2. When it was time for the 1 rep round, I found I could do 5 reps again; so I did. I also tried 60 sec rest after the 6 rep round, 50 sec rest after the 5 rep round, and so on, but when I am down to the 1 rep round, I still find I could do more.

    So now I start with 9 reps for each exercise and stop after the 5 rep round. I am still playing around with rest time — whether to do 60 to 90 sec between sets or to taper the time down as the reps become less.

    This is a very effective short workout. Would you recommend doing this everyday or space it out to thrice a week?
