    Thank you so much. I will persevere. I find the skater's lunge difficult, sometimes I get my arm swings incorrect-opposite or the same?! Your all-black outfit sometimes makes if difficult to see. Wonderful videos.

  32. I absolutely enjoyed this workout and made sure to take my measurements which I did immediately after. One question though: is it BAD to do any additional exercise after a HIIT workout or should HIIT be the last workout you do for the day ? I ask because your HIIT workouts always open me up to go deeper into my yoga practice , and I find I don’t benefit from the yoga stretches and feel tired out once I get to your HIIT when I do it the other way around . I’m sure you it’s best to go with what feels right, but I’d appreciate your thoughts on what a rule of thumb would be from a metabolic stand point . Thank you Lucy for all you do !
