    I enjoyed this. I had to alternate between 2.5kg and 5kg as I'm a beginner. I like the variety, as just as you can't take anymore the exercise changes to knacker you out in another way. I came in after running interval training and did this right away. This has upped the anti and my metabolism feels boosted. My regular routine was getting, well, routine and legs are very strong compared to my upper body. Thanks for this. I'm subscribing :)

    Im a 57 yr old woman. Not really overweight but would like to tone.I do these exercises after work. Is that enough? Should I be doing more? I eat right but I've had some health issues with my stomach area., 5 operations. Ive got a little pooch from my last operation but its not a big deal. Can I stick with just these exercises cause I really enjoy them.!?

When it comes to the exercise with lifting the knees on the back – i find myself unable to do it because it causes pain in my lower back – i'm not sure if my back is just bony, or if i'm not used to being on the floor, but it feels like i am trying to lean on marbles in the small of my back. This happens with other on-floor exercises too like yoga that I gave up on because of this particular thing. Any idea what could be causing it?

  18. Two years ago I lost 20 lbs, reached my goal, then got lazy. Time to lose that 20 lbs again! Just finished this workout. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation to get started again. :)

  19. I work out from home and I have a pair of dumbells.. I do this workout about 4 days a week but I do the process double back to back.. I want to build muscle will doing this workout only do that for me? am I doing it correctly? I also run 20 miles a week I have lost 60lb in 6 months.. I'm at 182 right now.. but my main concern is if I need to incorporate any other workout from home.

    Hi. Thank you for posting this! It was great and your ongoing encouragement really helped. I have a question I hope you can help me with… when I'm doing the knee raise, my back cracks sometimes. Can you suggest something to avoid this? Maybe I'm doing something wrong? But I feel something pulling from my lower spine to my leg, and I stop because I don't want to strain something. What do you think?

Last March, I decided to start weight training in hopes of strengthening my back and chest area to ease the constant pain I was in.  I have done this video a couples of times per week and I have increased my weight.  The beck and trapeze pain is GONE!  I attribute it to you and to my massage therapist.  Thank you!  Keep the weights video coming!  -Elyse (from Ottawa, Canada)

  23. Excellent vid on manageable weight work out. Have been following a similar one for years and one doesn't have to do a lot to keep certain muscle groups nice and useful. What's your muscle good for if it's so weak that you can't even use it to its full capacity. You don't use it, you loose it .. that simple.

I've been doing this workout for about 4 weeks now and i see a little bit of results, I'm 19yo male and i started with 8 pounds for the first week and then I upgraded it to 10 pounds now i feel i would try 12 pounds, but my question is when to change the workout? And also after I finish this workout i go on the treadmill for 20 minutes jogging is that ok?

    After this becomes easy, what next? Is it worth it to do this with heavier weights, do it twice, or do you have another video that would be better? :)
